Return an Item
Buying online is not always easy, there are hundreds of brands and each one has slightly different sizing so finding your size sometimes is a bit of trial and error, unfortunately.
Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with any tags still attached. Any evidence of wear will void your exchange / refund.
Do not stick postage stickers directly onto the boot boxes.
The boot boxes must be shipped back inside a satchel or another box.
If the items are not in their original packaging, don’t have the tags attached or the label is stuck directly on the boot box we will charge a 50% repackaging fee.
Any Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty or delivered incorrectly.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PRINT OFF THE RETURNS FORM HERE and include in the returns package otherwise we won't know who it's come from!
Simply go to Work Boots Direct Returns Portal to start the process, simply put in your order number and email and then drop it at Australia Post. They'll take care of the rest. You may have to pay for your return depending on why you are returning to us.
If you can't log in or didn't give us your email then no problem, simply email us your order number and request to hello@workboots-direct.com.au or give us a call on 1300 147 609 and we'll get the ball rolling.
