Returns & Exchanges – Please Read Before Submitting

Buying online isn’t always easy. With hundreds of brands and varying fits, finding the right size can involve some trial and error.

Key conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• All tags must be attached — any signs of wear will void the return

• Do not attach postage labels directly to boot boxes

• Boot boxes must be placed inside a satchel or outer carton

If items are returned without original packaging, without tags, or with labels stuck directly to the boot box, a 50% repackaging fee will apply.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
