Q. Where do you ship from and where are you located?

A. We are proud to be an Australian Brand and shipping you quality garments from the Work Boots Direct Warehouses in Queensland, Australia! 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 5-7 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How much is Shipping?

A. It's AU$14.95 for domestic customers (it's free over $200), AU$POA for worldwide customers. View our Shipping Policy for more details. 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take about 2 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders if you provide an email address. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
